This is a good idea, but in fact, the full spectrum that most manufacturers say is not the sunlight spectrum, and the real sunlight spectrum does not exist on the market, or plants do not need it.

According to most of the current research, plants do not actually need such a wide spectrum, of which the PAR range is the most famous, PAR refers to the spectrum in the range of 400-700nm. The prevailing view is that this range of the spectrum is the one that allows plants to photosynthesize most efficiently. The traditional view also believes that in this range, red light and blue light are the most efficient. Therefore, most of the early Led Grow Lights are composed of red LEDs and blue LEDs. Later, it was found that green light actually has a synergistic contribution to the photosynthesis of plants, and it was felt that during the planting process of purple light, it was difficult for people to observe the appearance of plants, so as to detect diseases and other problems in time.

A true full-spectrum grow light is not limited to PAR(400nm-700nm), nor is it only white light + red light + blue light, but should include important light segments such as UVA and far-red.
