According to most of the current research, plants do not actually need such a wide spectrum, of which the PAR range is the most famous, PAR refers to the spectrum in the range of 400-700nm. A true full-spectrum grow light is not limited to PAR(400nm-700nm), nor is it only white light + red light + blue light, but should include important light segments such as UVA and far-red. Therefore, the most advanced full-spectrum plant lights on the market will use lamp beads containing these bands.
